Two German-Australian brothers who grew up experiencing German cakes and pastries and developed a deep love of food.
Later in life, they've both went on to become fully qualified chefs and have traveled extensively through work, giving them a depth and breadth of experience and knowledge.
Since returning to Australia, the brothers have been working on perfecting their edible cookie dough and the founding of DoughLord

IS UNBAKED COOKIE DOUGH SAFE TO EAT?
You bet it is! Our dough is made using a flour that is heat treated prior to consumption, which kills all bacteria and leaves you with risk-free goodness. It might sound too good to be true but our recipes are prepared so that our cookie dough is safe (and delicious!) to enjoy in it's purest - unbaked form.
DOES YOUR COOKIE DOUGH CONTAIN EGGS?
No, our cookie dough is 100% egg free. So it's safe to consume without risk of salmonella.
CAN I BRING HOME THE DOUGH?
Our tasty dough will stay fresh at room temperature for several hours, and if you make it home before devouring it will last up to two weeks in your fridge. In your freezer, it can last up to three months.
DO DOUGHLORD PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
Some of our cookie dough flavors do contain nuts. These are indicated in our menus but it's always best to double-check with us in store if you ever have any concerns.
